We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
• Returns must be initiated within 31 days from the date of product delivery.
• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost and may not need to be returned. Please contact our customer support for assistance or check our Wrong & Damaged Item Policy.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Our team will assess your request and provide return authorization along with shipping instructions.
• Securely pack the item to prevent any damage during transit and return it to the designated address.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or issue a replacement.

3.1 If a replacement is not possible and you choose not to accept a discount, you may cancel the order and return the item for a full refund. GarSupply will cover the return postage fee only if the item was received damaged or faulty, and we request its return before processing the refund. We do not cover return postage costs for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• No longer needed
• Not suitable for intended use
• Incorrect item purchased
• Incorrect color or size selected

3.2 When GarSupply is Responsible for the Return Costs.

• We collaborate with multiple shipping companies, and where possible, we will arrange a free return label and schedule a pickup from your address. Alternatively, you may need to drop off the package at the designated shipping company’s location.
• For locations where we are unable to generate a return label, we will kindly ask for your assistance in returning the item. In such cases, the return shipping cost must be agreed upon with us before sending the package, and a copy of the receipt from the delivery company will be required for reimbursement. We will refund the cost directly to your account or provide store credit for future purchases.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-14 business days. Alternatively, we also offer refunds as store credit for future orders. Before processing, we will confirm with you to ensure a preferred refund method is applied.
• Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover both the initial shipping cost and the return shipping charges. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not related to an error on our part, the initial shipping cost paid to deliver the goods to the customer is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge.
• Unavailability of Replacement: If a replacement item is unavailable, you may opt for a full refund or select an alternative item of equal value.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used, installed, or modified products.
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Customized or special-order products.
• Items without original packaging, missing accessories, or altered in any way.
