Its working principle involves charged nanoparticles suspended in liquid migrating under the influence of an electric field. Under ambient light, reflection creates a display effect close to traditional printed paper. Electronic ink screens can clearly display images under ambient light such as lamps or natural light without requiring backlighting, with a viewing angle of nearly 180 degrees. Due to their display effect comparable to traditional paper, they are commonly used in applications like e-readers.
2. No backlight is required; the last screen content can be maintained for a long time after power-off.
3. Very low power consumption, with power usage occurring primarily during refresh cycles.
